Drywall measured surfaces
Enter actual eligible surface areas from the plans or estimator takeoff. Leave unknown values at zero; Roofus will keep the affected material rows N/A instead of using a whole-house multiplier.
Paint measured surfaces
Enter actual paintable surfaces from the plans or estimator takeoff. Specialty and exterior coatings remain N/A unless plans or notes specify and quantify them.
Interior trim measured runs
Enter actual eligible linear feet from the plans or estimator takeoff. Leave unknown runs at zero; Roofus will keep affected rows N/A instead of inferring trim from floor area.
Interior door schedule counts
Enter counts from the resolved door and hardware schedule. Leave unknown functions at zero; Roofus will not invent a passage/privacy mix from the total door count.
Cabinet manufacturer and exact specification gate
Cabinets remain N/A until the selected manufacturer is available through the user's affiliate/supplier network and every project-level specification below is verified. Exact cabinet marks, sizes, handing, modifications, panels, fillers and accessories must still come from approved plans/shop drawings.
Countertop type, grade and all-inclusive pricing
Use the measured countertop area from the plans or controlling notes. BidPouch produces one countertop line only; the entered rate must be the user's all-inclusive price for the selected type and grade.
Exterior and garage door allowances
Front entry doors require an uploaded design/price or an allowance. Garage doors use one of six saved structures: Full Unit includes the door, hardware, opener, two remotes/fobs, and two keypads; Door Unit includes the replacement door and hardware only.
Stone, brick and veneer allowance
Select the material and enter measured square footage from the plans or notes. Roofus uses the saved first-login allowance and produces one easy-to-read allowance line.
